Delivery, Installation, Cancellation, and Return Policy
1. Delivery Policy
Al- Huzaifa Furniture LLC “Al-Huzaifa” seeks to attempt delivery of any product bought online over the website within the following guidelines:
1.1. After the order is placed online and invoice is generated, the customer will receive a call from a customer service agent to schedule the delivery time and date. In case of any changes or to reschedule the delivery, customer to inform 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Delivery would then be scheduled to the next available slot.
1.2. After placing order, delivery will be made within maximum of 5 (five) working days.
1.3. Without prejudice to the above, customers acknowledge that delivery times could differ and become prolonged due to uncontrollable events or incidents. The customers shall be notified of any such delay and will be informed regarding the next available slot for delivery
1.4. Customers shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate address details for delivery. Al Huzaifa shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping of the ordered and purchased product, misplacement of the product or the incorrect delivery of the product if it is due to the fault of the customer or due to inaccurate or false information being provided by the customer.
1.5. Risk of loss and title for the products purchased online from Al Huzaifa shall be transferred to the customer at the time of delivery of the purchased product to the customer.
1.6. Customers are required to examine the product meticulously before signing the receipt.
1.7. Customers are deemed to have received the product(s), examined it/them, and acknowledge it is/they are free of any visible faults or undisclosed issues upon signing the receipt at the delivery location. 2. Delivery Charges
The delivery charges applicable on the customers are as follows:
2.1. Bills with amount AED 2000/- and above will have free delivery to the following areas -Dubai, Abu Dhabi, RAS Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Al AIN, Ajman, Umm al Quwain and Khorfakkan.
2.2. Bills less than AED 2000/- Customer will be charged AED 100 for Delivery to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain. And AED 200 for delivery to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Khorfakkan and RAS Al Khaimah.
2.3. For West Areas: AL WAGAN, AL SILA, MADINAT ZAYED, BU HASA, AL RUWAIS, ASAB, AL KHIS and Al HAMRA AED 600 shall be chargeable as delivery fees, if the total amount of the bill is less than 20,000 AED and free if above 20,000 AED.
3. Cancellation Policy, Return Policy & Refund Policy
Cancellation before dispatch & delivery of the order
3.1. Customers are allowed to cancel their online orders any time before the dispatch and delivery of the order.
3.2. Refunds for cancelled orders shall be done through card refund to the same card that was used to make the payment. The process will take up to 5-7 working days and a 1.99% cancellation charges are applied in case of payment by Visa-issued credit card.
3.3. Cancellation requests shall be done by calling our customer service number at 600 575754 or sending an email to email@example.com.
3.4.Refunds may take up to 5 working days depending on the respective bank’s policy. Al Huzaifa shall not be liable for any delays in the refunds by the banks.
Cancellation after dispatch of the order
3.5. In case of a manufacturing defect, it shall be covered under the 1-year warranty provided by Al Huzaifa.
3.6. In case of return and cancellation due to any other reason, the customer can cancel at the time of delivery after inspection of the product and request for refund. No returns due to any other reason will be accepted after the delivery of the product.
3.7. All returned product shall in its original state, unused, and no damage has been caused. Al Huzaifa reserves the right to inspect the product prior to accepting the return of the product.
3.8. Refunds for returned products shall be done through card refund to the same card that was used to make the payment in the event the product is in its original packaging and unused. The process will take up to 5 working days and a 1.99% charge is applied by the banks in case of Visa-issued credit card.
3.9. Return requests shall be done by calling our customer service number at 600 575754 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.10. All refunds shall be made to the credit/ debit card or bank account that was used to place the order. Refunds may take up to 5 business days depending on the respective bank’s policy. Al Huzaifa shall not be liable for any delays in the refunds by the banks.
4. General Guidelines
4.1. Click and collect option is available where the customer can order a product online and collect it from the following showrooms (applicable only on select products). (i) Karama (ii) Abu Dhabi. The customer service agent will contact the customer once the order is ready for collection from the store.
4.2. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for online orders.
4.3. Al-Huzaifa can store your shopped products free-of-cost for 30 days from the date of invoice.
4.4. All our products are covered with 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
5. Customer Complaints
Customer service agent will revert to any customer complaint within maximum of 3 working days.
